Delete Your Account & Data

1 Request deletion from inside the app (fastest)

If you still have access to the ChalParo app, you can delete your account yourself in under a minute:

1. Open the ChalParo app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Edit Profile.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm on the warning dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.

2 No app access? Request by email

If you can't log in (lost your phone, uninstalled the app, etc.), email us and we'll delete your account for you.

• Send an email to support@chalparo.pk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
• Include the phone number registered on your account, so we can verify it's really you.
• We process email requests within 7 business days and confirm by email once it's done.

i What happens to your data

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's exactly what's removed and what a small amount of ride history has to keep for other users' records:

Data	What happens
Name, email, phone number, profile photo	Erased immediately
Password / login access	Revoked immediately. You can never log back in
CNIC / licence verification documents	Erased immediately
Vehicles you registered (drivers)	Removed from active listings
Your ride, booking & review history	Anonymized, not deleted. It is kept only so other passengers/drivers involved in those same rides keep an accurate record on their side. It can no longer be traced back to your name, phone, or profile.
